Delaware Innovation Week is organized into 8 different tracks (Creative, Access, Dev, Civic, Business, Media and Sciences). You can search for events that match your interests by clicking on one of the track icons

Greg Caskey

Greg Caskey teaches Economics at the Delaware Military Academy and is the Founder of HipHoponomics, where he teaches economics through Hip-hop, as he has a burning desire to reach students with the life changing message of the economic way of thinking. He has released two albums on SoundCloud over the last two years along with lyrical lesson plans for teachers. Most recently, "HipHoponomics Vol. 2: The Man, The Myth, Adam Smith" dropped on May 5th, 2017, which has received regional and national press attention, including being featured on the front page of the Delaware News Journal and in a nationally syndicated column by economist Walter E. Williams. With thousands of SoundCloud plays already, M.C. Caskey is poised to reach a national audience of students and teachers through HipHoponomics.

Tariq is the Director of Education at Zip Code Wilmington and a veteran software engineer with over 15 years of industry experience in software development. He has also been a distinguished Java instructor for Temple University's MESA program since 2011.

Mikaila Akeredolu

Mikaila is a Full-Stack Developer and alumni of Zip Code Wilmington. After completing coding boot camp, Mikaila was a Software Developer at Comcast. While volunteering at Delaware State University's App Academy, he discovered his passion for teaching. He later decided to combine his love for computer science and his passion for education and joined Zip Code as a Project Manager.

Gaby Indellini

Gaby Indellini is a social media specialist, Delaware enthusiast, and small business supporter. By day she runs the social media presence of the Greater Wilmington Convention and Visitors Bureau, and has found her passion in teaching small business owners how to use social media correctly, effectively, and efficiently. Her no-nonsense style is streamlined, results – driven, successful, and fun! Gaby sits on the board of the Crop Foundation as the Communications Director, and is the Marketing Committee Chair for the Light Up The Queen Foundation’s Shine A Light On The Queen concerts. She resides near Historic New Castle with her husband, Lew the Mailman, and their hilarious fox terrier, Olive. Gaby and Lew can often be found in various Wilmington establishments, probably eating.

Christopher is a software development & infrastructure expert with a result driven ethos who is recognized internationally as a thought leader in software design, execution and quality.  Highly experienced in running large-scale initiatives that fundamentally change the way large organizations design, develop, deploy and manage software projects.  

As an accomplished leader who consistently delivers software, infrastructure and organizational change, he has managed and led projects in every capacity within the technology field over the last twenty-five plus years.  For the last ten years, he has led numerous firm-wide development initiatives within JPMorgan Chase & Co. that have improved how the firm provides customer solutions while delivering considerable efficiencies and capital savings. He originates from the UK, and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and now the US.

He is currently the Technology Director responsible for the Card, Lending, and Digital Servicing Group for the Consumer and Commercial Bank.
